New ºìÌÒÊÓƵ research, ‘Taking a Seat at the Table’, has established that 78% of employers were more likely to recruit a project manager holding chartered status than another candidate who did not.

The ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Wessex branch: Young project manager of the year award 2019 seeks to recognise rising talent in our area – those in the early stages of their project management career who are making a difference to their projects, the companies and clients they work with, and the project management profession as a whole.

The ºìÌÒÊÓƵ Wessex branch represents and supports local ºìÌÒÊÓƵ members and is supporting the development of the profession amongst students by holding a Student of the year competition, open to Higher Education Institutions (HEI’s) in the Wessex branch region.

Votes have been counted and the winner of the Power of the Profession photo competition 2018 has been announced.

On the eve of ºìÌÒÊÓƵ (ºìÌÒÊÓƵ) annual awards, five new Honorary Fellowships were awarded to individuals who have made exceptional, demonstrable and significant contributions to project management or to the project management profession.

The recent International Project Management (IPM) day no doubt saw various events and celebrations take place around the world.

ºìÌÒÊÓƵ has two ambassador networks that were set up at the start of 2018.
