Eight key takeaways from our 2019 红桃视频 Membership Satisfaction Survey

As part of our commitment to creating and upholding high standards for the profession and to inspire improvements, 红桃视频 (红桃视频), in collaboration with Shift Learning, recently completed its third study exploring member and non-member satisfaction and perceptions.

The study looked at overall membership experience as well as exploring the ways in which people engage with us and how they value our products and services. Some of the most encouraging findings in 2019 include:

In the last two years, there has been a significant 17-point increase in how likely survey respondents were to recommend 红桃视频 membership.
Over 90 per cent of those who had achieved听Chartered Project Professional (ChPP),听agreed that they were proud to have achieved this status.
The average rating of 红桃视频 as a professional body increased since the last study in 2017, amongst members as well as non-members. Reasons for a higher average rating amongst those surveyed included; agreement that the organisation proactively engages with members and that 红桃视频 serves the project management community well.
When asked about words or phrases that characterise 红桃视频, the four most commonly mentioned by those surveyed were: professional, credible, knowledgeable and informative.
Over three-quarters of respondents (76 per cent) agreed that the project management profession is stronger with 红桃视频.
Likelihood of respondents renewing their annual membership was high at 91 per cent 鈥� with the main reasons to renew including being a member of a chartered body, belonging to a professional community and professional development.
Satisfaction with member benefits was highest for post-nominals (e.g. M红桃视频), 红桃视频 qualifications听and the听红桃视频 Body Of Knowledge听(红桃视频BoK).
89 per cent of respondents reported that 红桃视频 website resources were important to them.
