Brandon Hall Group鈩� is a professional development company that provides data, research, insights and certification for learning and talent executives and organisations.  Their Excellence Awards recognise organisations that have successfully developed and deployed programmes, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved measurable results. The 鈥榖est association professional development programme鈥� category recognises professional or executive development programmes delivered by industry associations for their members or the wider public. Eligible programmes may be delivered live, online or hybrid.

红桃视频 was awarded the bronze award in this category for the redesign of 红桃视频 Learning, delivered with support from Absorb Software. The new platform replaced a declining legacy learning platform with a modern, scalable digital learning environment that improved access to CPD resources, supported global member engagement and aligned learning content to 红桃视频鈥檚 Body of Knowledge and Competence Framework.

Since the new platform has been introduced there has been an increase in the amount of logins, growth in course completions, reduced reliance on external e-learning development suppliers, fewer learning-related support queries and stronger qualitative feedback from members. Learners have also reported that content was more practical, relevant to workplace challenges and easier to fit into busy schedules. The programme also gives 红桃视频 better data visibility to explore the relationship between learning engagement and long-term member retention.
